Arbejdstilsynet har brugt 2021 til for alvor at skrue op for kontrolbesøgene blandt autolakerere rundt om i landet, og for nyligt var tilsynet forbi Skalborg Ny Autolakering A/S, der ligger i den sydvestlige del af Aalborg.
Udgangspunktet var som altid en gennemgang af virksomhedens APV, generelle arbejdsforhold – fysiske som psykiske. Dertil var den kemiske APV og håndteringen af corona-situationen to emner, der blev drøftet. Det fortæller Maria Justesen, der arbejder hos Skalborg Ny Autolakering og som var med kontrolbesøget.
“Vi talte om alt fra spartelprodukter, kemisk APV og til håndsprit ved siden af et fælles tastatur i blanderummet. Vi var selvfølgelig varslet om besøget, og vi havde forberedt os mere eller mindre på alle væsentlige punkter. Overordnet set var det derfor et fint besøg, hvor konsulenten fra tilsynet også agerede meget rådgivende”, siger Maria Justesen fra Skalborg Ny Autolakering.
Kemisk APV var fokuspunkt
Som varslet på forhånd af Arbejdstilsynet er den kemiske APV et særligt fokusområde. En kemisk APV er en risikovurdering af jeres brug, opbevaring og håndtering af farlig kemi.
Det omfatter eksempelvis maling, lak, alle limtyper, renseprodukter, olieprodukter eller tilsvarende, der bruges af autolakere, karrosseriteknikere, klargøringspersonalet, salgspersonale og øvrige.
“Vi har en mappe med gennemgang af de produkter, som bruges og er tilgængelige her på stedet, og den ville konsulenten gerne ville se. Det var for at sikre sig, at vi også har en proces for, hvis eksempelvis en ansat får et produkt på huden eller i øjet”, fortæller Maria Justesen og fortsætter:
“I vores mappe findes der også billeder af de værnemidler, som skal benyttes ved det aktuelle produkt, hvordan man opbevarer produktet og hvordan det indgår lakeringsprocessen. Det havde vi selvfølgelig sat i system på forhold, og det kan jeg kun opfordre alle andre til også at gøre”.

APV gennemgået ved besøget
Den mere traditionelle Arbejdspladsvurdering (APV) var selvfølgelig også en fast del af tilsynsbesøget, og her var Skalborg Ny Autolakering klædt godt på.
“Der blev spurgt ind til vores fysiske og psykiske arbejdsmiljø, og jeg fremviste både et kontroleftersyn af vores friskluftsystem og talte om det psykiske arbejdsmiljø i virksomheder, hvor vi er fire mænd og mig som ene kvinde. Men vi har et godt arbejdsmiljø, så heller ikke her var der noget at udsætte, og vi havde på forhånd gennemgået vores seneste APV på et fællesmøde, hvilket der var ros for”, forklarer Maria Justesen.
