Hvis dit bilhus sælger varebiler, der anvendes som firmabiler, er det god kundeservice at sørge for, at bilerne er forsynet med de korrekte mærker og informationer. Det gælder især firmanavn og cvr-nummer.

Manglende informationer på firmabiler kan udløse bøder 5.000 kr. pr køretøj. Bødestørrelsen kan dog stige op til 22.500 kr., hvis ejeren ikke retter sig ind efter påbuddet. Selv om bilforhandleren står uden ansvar ved eventuelle fejl med informationer på varebilerne, har Motorstyrelsen udsendt en vejledning.

Seks vigtige punkter

Vejledningen kan bruges af alle, som sælger eller servicerer firmabiler. Her er de seks vigtigste punkter:

• Reglerne gælder varebil under fire tons.
• Cvr-nummer og firmanavn skal kunne aflæses på begge sider af firmabilen.
• Der skal være en farvekontrast mellem oplysningerne og varebilens farve.
• Firmanavn og cvr-nummer skal være adskilt.
• Bogstaver og tal skal være mindst tre cm høje.
• Cvr-nummeret skal kunne være på én eller to linjer.
