En justering af trepartsaftalen, der giver virksomheder mulighed for at ansøge om lønkompensation, gør det nu muligt at få flere lønudgifter refunderet af staten.
Mandag den 30. marts meddelte Finansminister Nicolai Wammen sammen med arbejdsmarkedets parter, at de har lavet en justering af trepartsaftalen om lønkompensation. Aftalen betyder, at det maksimale beløb, som staten udbetaler til virksomheder, hæves til 30.000 kr. om måneden for både timelønnede og funktionærer.
Tidligere var det kun muligt at få refunderet 23.000 kr., dog maksimalt 75 procent af lønnen for funktionærer. For timelønnede var den gamle grænse på 26.000 kr. eller maksimalt 90 procent af lønnen.
AutoBranchen Danmarks adm. direktør, Gitte Seeberg, er glad for justeringen.
”Det er meget glædeligt. Lønkompensationsordningen giver virksomheder, der er hårdt ramt af Covid-19-krisen et alternativ til at fyre medarbejdere. Når staten nu hæver sit bidrag til maksimalt 30.000 kr. gør det ordningen mere attraktiv for flere virksomheder med højtlønnede medarbejdere – også i autobranchen. Det kan jeg kun bifalde”, siger Gitte Seeberg.
