Standsfradraget er sænket fra 5 til 2 procent. Biler skal omregistreres inden for fire arbejdsdage mod tidligere 10. Ydermere har Færdselsstyrelsen udgivet nye vejledning for syn af køretøjer for 2021. Det nye her er, at bilers brændstofforbrug, der indsættes i Køretøjsregisteret (DMR), nu skal være målt efter WLTP-normen, og CO2-udslip skal indtastes, hvis det er tilgængeligt (af hensyn til kommende afgiftslovgivning).
Vejledningen indeholder også de seneste opdateringer af Detailforskrifter for Køretøjer (DfK) om blandt andet maks. højde på busser, lastbiler og deres påhængskøretøjer på 4,10 m, og at nulemissionskøretøjer må have en totalvægt på 2.000 kg mere end det normalt tilladte. Det hele er indført fra 1. januar i år.
Fristen for at omregistrere brugte biler ved ejerskifte er nu ændret fra tre uger til fire arbejdsdage. Oprindeligt ønskede Motorstyrelsen en ændring til tre arbejdsdage, men AutoBranchen Danmark påpegede, at selv om digitaliseringen har gjort processen hurtigere, var tre dage meget kort.
Kravet er nu endt på fire arbejdsdage.
Standsfradraget er sænket
Standsfradraget er nedsat fra 5 til 2 procent. Fradraget gives til biler, som vurderes under middel stand.
Motorstyrelsen har sænket fradraget for at komme svindel til livs. Man vurderer at for mange biler vurderes til en stand under middel og vil derfor gøre det mindre attraktivt at sætte bilerne lavt. AutoBranchen Danmark har opponeret med sænkningen af standsfradraget, da det næppe vil forhindre svindel, men blot komme forbrugerne til skade. Vi mener hellere, at man skulle føre øget tilsyn med de synshaller, hvor man mistænker svindel.
