Erhvervsministeriet har udsendt bekendtgørelsen om kompensation til faste omkostninger, dermed får branchen svar på, hvor meget den kan få i kompensation og hvilken reference periode, der skal anvendes.
Erhvervsstyrelsen åbnede mandag aften for ansøgninger til hjælpepakken, hvor corona-ramte virksomheder kan få kompensation for deres faste omkostninger, fx husleje, forsikring og leasingaftaler. På daværende tidspunkt var der dog flere ubekendte, som vi nu har fået svar på.
30 procent i omsætningstab
For at kunne ansøge ordningen skal det enkelte p-nummer have en omsætningsnedgang på mindst 30 procent i kompensationsperioden. De fleste virksomheder vil kunne søge kompensation i perioden 9. december til 17. januar. Snart vil det også blive muligt at søge frem til 7. februar, hvor de forlængede restriktioner står til at udløbe.
Satser for kompensation og ny reference periode
Blandt de nye oplysninger i bekendtgørelsen er, at reference perioden, som virksomhederne skal opgøre deres omsætningsnedgang ud fra vil blive 1. december 2019 til 31. januar 2020. Samtidig har Erhvervsstyrelsen også offentliggjort, hvor meget man kan modtage i kompensation ift. virksomhedens omsætningstab.
