I visse dele af forsikringsbranchen vil man for tiden gerne koble den store genåbning af samfundet sammen med et stop for det Covid-19-tillæg, som skadecentre og autolakerere retmæssigt har noteret sig, siden pandemien brød ud. Men det giver ikke mening, og både autolakerere og skadecentre bør fortsat medtage tillægget, mener Nicky Bobak, eftermarkedschef hos AutoBranchen Danmark.

“Når man kigger på smittetallene, er den her pandemi jo ikke et overstået kapitel. Slet ikke, når vi bevæger os ind i efteråret og vinteren. Derfor mener jeg fortsat, at både autolakerere og skadecentre skal sørge for at få noteret det her Covid-19-tillæg på deres skadesrapporter og altså fortsat bliver ved med at desinficere køretøjer, som de gør i dag”, siger Nicky Bobak fra AutoBranchen Danmark.

Husk at dele i to

Eftermarkedschefen påpeger også, at køretøjet jo oftest, bogstaveligt talt, kan skifte hænder under processen med at udbedre skaden. Det vil sige, at bilen først triller ind på skadecentre, herfra videre til autolakereren og afslutningsvist tilbage til skadecentre, som så udleverer køretøjet til kunden.

“Dermed er der mange berøringsflader i løbet af skadesprocessen, og det lægger igen op til, at man selvfølgelig bør sørge for at rengøre bilen med godkendte produkter for at minimere smittespredning mellem værksteder og kunder. Dog skal man huske at dele indtastningen i to, så der både fremgår arbejdsenheder og materiale på henholdsvis karrosseriværkstedet og hos autolakerere”, fortæller Nicky Bobak fra AutoBranchen Danmark.
