Det tidligere forsikringssystem til oprettelse af forsikringer hos Gjensidige, IBA, er lukket ned pr. 1. januar 2021.
Det er sket på baggrund af, at det i løbet af 2020 blev muligt at oprette forsikringerne fra AutoBranchen Danmark Forsikring direkte i enten Autodesktop eller Bilinfo. Forsikringerne kan således nu kun oprettes i et af disse to systemer.
Branchens forhandlere bruger alligevel et af disse to systemer til administration af solgte biler. Derfor er det nemmere også at klare forsikringsdelen der.
“Hvis I ikke allerede har Autodesktop eller Bilinfo, så husk, at vi hos Gjensidige helt gratis kan tilbyde “Autodesktop Light”, så I på den måde kan oprette forsikringerne. Tag fat i din lokale konsulent og få ham eller hende til at hjælpe det,” siger Nicki Ipsen, projektleder hos Gjensidige.
Kontaktinfo på de lokale konsulenter i Danmark kan ses herunder.
Gør følgende to ting, når bilforsikringen er solgt:
- Bilen indregistreres til Gjensidige med bevisnummer
(Dette sikrer, at kunden får en AutoBranchen Danmark Forsikring hos Gjensidige og bilen kommer tilbage til jeres værksted ifm. en skade)
- Bilen oprettes i Autodesktop eller Bilinfo
(Dette sikrer jer provision og salgspoint)
