Er det i orden, at et skadesværksted tager et tillæg i forbindelse med skadesopgørelser, når der skal bruges værnemidler for at forhindre spredning af Covid-19?

Det var omdrejningspunkt for et tysk retsopgør i vinter i Heinsberg, en tysk by, der ligger sydvest for Mönchengladbach. I sagen havde et forsikringsselskabet reduceret betalingen på en skadesrapport med godt 460 kroner, der var tillæg opgave, fordi værkstedet havde udlæg til værnemidler så som handsker, rengøringsmidler og ansigtsmasker.

Det mente forsikringsselskabet i første omgang var forkert, og derefter endte sagen i et lokalt retsopgør.

Udgift ud over det inkluderede

Det tyske forsikringsselskab i sagen trak i første omgang betalingen for tillægget tilbage, fordi selskabet mente, at et såkaldte Corona-tillæg allerede måtte anses for at være en del arbejdslønnen og processen. Det tilbageviste den lokale ret i Heinsberg dog.

Sådan er dansk praksis

Jørgen Petersen arbejder hos AutoBranchen Danmark og sidder til dagligt med support til det danske Autotaks-system. Her er det også muligt at lave et tillæg for udgifter til værnemidler.

“Danske forsikringsselskaber godtager tillæg for værnemidler til at dæmme op for spredning af Covid-19. Foreløbigt har vi ikke set sager, hvor der har været uenighed om det”, siger Jørgen Petersen.
