Corona-uge 2 har betydet en smule flere henvendelser til AutoBranchen Danmarks Autotaks-support. Det fortæller Jørgen Petersen, som er forsikringskonsulent, og som er den, man får i røret, når man ringer ind.

Han kan hjælpe med langt det meste i Autotaks på distancen – herunder problemer med login og spørgsmål vedrørende skadesrapporter generelt set.

“Jeg får en anelse flere opkald end normalt, hvilket primært skyldes, at flere arbejde geografisk forskudt for hinanden. Det betyder, at den på hjemmekontoret og kollegaen på værkstedet måske ikke lige er opmærksom på et ændret kodeord eller en proces, fordi de kan have lidt sværere ved at kommunikere hurtigt”, fortæller Jørgen Petersen.

Lidt mere tid til at dobbelttjekke

For dem, som er vant til Autotaks, er man lige nu inde i en periode, hvor der er en anelse bedre tid til at dobbelttjekke de rapporter, man sender ind til sit forsikringsselskab.

“Det udløser også lidt flere spørgsmål fra brugerne om, hvorvidt de nu har fået det hele med”, siger Jørgen Petersen fra AutoBranchen Danmark.
