Færdselsstyrelsen har udstedt en ny bekendtgørelse om udførelse af syn af erhvervskøretøjer ved vejsiden. Bekendtgørelsen trådte i kraft den 7. september 2020.

Bekendtgørelsen om udførelse af syn af erhvervskøretøjer ved vejsiden fastsætter de nærmere rammer for, hvordan Færdselsstyrelsen i praksis kan udøve beføjelsen til at anvise og ledsage erhvervskøretøjer uden politiets bistand, samt udføre vejsidesyn generelt.
