Nogle gange kan der opstå tvister om arbejdet med autolakering eller karrosseriarbejdet.

For at sikre en korrekt behandling af den type af klager har AutoBranchen Danmark oprettet Ankenævn for lak og karrosseri for medlemmer, som behandler klager virksomhed mellem virksomhed (b2b).

På samme måde som med Ankenævn for biler er det altid bedst, hvis eksempelvis et værksted og en autolakerer selv kan løse sagen ved at indgå et forlig. Hvis det ikke er muligt, kan sagen overdrages til AutoBranchen Danmarks juridiske afdeling. Eylem Ünüvar, juridisk chef hos AutoBranchen Danmark, uddyber:

“Det er vigtigt, at man er meget præcis, når man indgiver sin klage til os. Gå gerne i detaljer, så man ikke er i tvivl om, hvordan tvisten er opstået. Her er alle former for skriftlig bilag eller videomateriale relevant for den videre vurdering af sagen”, siger Eylem Ünüvar fra AutoBranchen Danmark.

Afgørelse er bindende

Lige nu er der en sagsbehandlingstid på mellem tre og fem måneder. Når Ankenævn for lak og karrosseri har truffet en afgørelse, er den bindende for medlemmet af AutoBranchen Danmark.

“Enten skal lak- eller karrosserifejlen afhjælpes. Eventuel tilbagebetaling kan også komme på tale”, forklarer Eylem Ünüvar.
