Andreas Østergaard fra Villys Auto ApS og Christian Poulsen fra Autolak-Experten A/S er enige: Autotaks-kurser er med til at understrege vigtigheden i at være ajour med systemet.
Begge var for nylig med på AutoBranchen Danmarks kursus i systemet, som foregik i Ejby på Fyn. Her fik de mange gode input med hjem. Det gælder både i forhold til korrekte opgørelser, men også i forhold til tips og tricks til eksempelvis 3- og 4-lags lakering.
“Jeg har fået genopfrisket mange ting, og jeg har fået styr på processen ved tre- og firelagslakering i forhold til registrering i Autotaks. Også her er det vigtigt at få noteret alle processerne, så man ikke går glip af omsætning. Autotaks er rigtig vigtig i forhold til min virksomhed og vores omsætning. Så jo skarpere vi kan være, desto bedre”, fortæller Andreas Østergaard fra Villys Auto.

Christian Poulsen supplerer:
“Det er ikke så tit, at jeg bruger Autotaks. Derfor er et kursus ekstra brugbart, når jeg skal holde øje med, om rapporterne er korrekte. Selv bruger jeg også Autotaks til at udregne priser, og jeg bruger det samtidig aktivt til at kunne forklare og begrunde priserne for opgaver og arbejdsløn”, siger autolakmesteren fra Svendborg.
Tør kaste mig ud i det
For Christian Poulsen betyder kurset, at han har fået mere mod på at dykke ned i systemet og udforske de mange funktioner, som ligger i Autotaks.
“Jeg kan nu i større grad fortælle, hvor man finder de forskellige elementer til korrekte opgørelser. Det kunne være tofarve-tillægget. Og generelt tør jeg lidt bedre nu kaste mig ud i mere brug af systemet, fordi jeg kan se en mening med det”.

René Thomsen, der er lakkonsulent hos AutoBranchen Danmark, er med til at undervise på kurserne i Autotaks. Med afsæt i AutoBranchen Danmarks løbende support til Autotaks-systemet kan han godt se et behov for at blive skarpere generelt i branchen.
“Vi lærer allesammen hele tiden, og selv rutinerede brugere kan få nye tips og tricks eller kan lære fra sig. Samlet kan det løfte branchen og ikke mindst den vigtige bundlinje, der tit er bundet op på, at man får afregnet korrekt i Autotaks”, siger René Thomsen, der selv har mange års erfaring som selvstændig autolakerer på Fyn.
