Bilsalget for februar 2020 kan opsummeres med tre punkter:
- Massiv nedgang i salget kontra 2019
- Historisk mange grønne biler
- Nye mærker i spidsen af salgslisten for elbiler
Klar samlet tilbagegang
Foreløbigt tegner 2020 til at blive et noget mere dystert år med bilsælger-øjne, end 2019. Isoleret for februar 2020-salget ligger det 20% under samme måned 2019. År til dato er tilbagegangen 15,7%.
Ifølge De Danske Bilimportører (DBI) kan den relativt store tilbagegang forklares med dels en meget stor købelyst i starten af 2019 på grund af varsling om kraftige prisstigninger som følge af brændstofnormen WLTP. Også de nye regler for firmabeskatning, som AutoBranchen Danmark tidligere har skrevet om, betyder, at erhvervsleasing foreløbigt kun udgør en fjerdedel af det normale niveau.
Flere danskere køber grønt
Hvis man har biler med batterier i butikken, har februar 2020 omvendt været en rigtig god måned – det samme gælder år til dato i 2020. Konkret vil det sige, at der i årets anden måned kom 495 nye rene elbiler ud på vejene. I februar 2019 lå tallet på 218. Det betyder, at salget af elbiler i perioden 2019-2020 foreløbigt holder sig et godt stykke over salgstallene for hele 2018-2019.
Sælger man hybridbiler har 2020 år til dato også været historisk godt. Det betyder, at der i februar 2020 blev indregistreret 597 nye plugin-hybridbiler mod 398 i februar 2019. Salget af konventionelle hybridbiler, primært Toyota, hvor bilen ikke kan sættes til strømstikket, ligger mere stabilt uden store fremgange.
Omrokering på liste med elbiler
Hele 2019 stod i Teslas tegn, når det gjaldt salget af elbiler. Med et nyt årti er der dog vendt lidt op og ned på de bilmærker, som triller flest elbiler ud på vejene. I februar 2020 er det Volkswagen som rykker fra de andre mærker med 149 solgte elbiler, forfulgt af Hyundai med 115. På en tredjeplads kommer Tesla med 99 biler.
