“Beskeden fra Codan viser, at det er vigtigt, at værkstederne laver realistiske handelsværdier på køretøjet i Autotaks, når de sidder med skadesrapporten. I samme ombæring skal man også huske at tage hensyn til køretøjets udstyrsvariant”, siger Jørgen Petersen og fortsætter:

“En lav eller meget lav værdifastsættelse kan få takseringsrobotten til at tro, at køretøjet er totalskadet. Sker det, kan sagen sendes videre til manuel taksering, og det kan betyde en væsentlig længere godkendelsesproces.

Codan oplyser, at man har lavet den automatiske proces  for at mindske takseringstiden generelt på sine sager.
