Overgangsordningen, erklæringer, brændstofnormer, genberegning eller leasingaftaler. De nye bilafgifter, kendt som L129, afføder en lang række spørgsmål.
Motorstyrelsen har samlet 37 friske spørgsmål (pr. 28/1 2021), som omhandler en lang række vinkler på de nye bilafgifter og som påvirker de bilforhandlere, der skal navigere rundt i de nye regelsæt.

Motorstyrelsen har modtaget flere spørgsmål til L 129, og dette nyhedsbrev er baseret på disse spørgsmål. Det understreges, at lovforslaget endnu ikke er vedtaget af Folketinget, og at der derfor kan ske ændringer inden vedtagelsen. Svarene i spørgsmål/svar-kataloget baserer sig på det fremsatte lovforslag samt de ændringsforslag, som på tidspunktet for udgivelsen af spørgsmål/svar-kataloget fremgår af Folketingets hjemmeside.
I spørgsmål/svar-kataloget anvendes betegnelsen “nye regler” om de regler, som følger af lovforslag L 129, og som forventes vedtaget medio februar 2021. Betegnelsen “gældende regler” anvendes om de hidtil gældende regler, der finder anvendelse indtil L 129 er trådt i kraft, hvilket forventeligt sker den 1. juni 2021.
