Samarbejdspartner lancerer nu mindre nøglebokse/servicestationer til mindre behov.  

Det er hævet over enhver diskussion, at servicestation fra Sharebox kan gøre mange ting lettere for både kunder og medarbejdere i forbindelse med service og reparationer på værkstedet. 

I kraft af fordelsaftalen med Sharebox har AutoBranchen Danmarks medlemmer siden efteråret 2020 haft mulighed for at bruge servicestationen med rabat. I denne tid med nedlukning og behov for begrænset fysisk kontakt, er en nøgleboks, som kunderne kan betjene via mobiltelefon, en god ide – denne er dog langt mere end en nøgleboks. For en del virksomheder i autobranchen er behovet dog ikke til en station med 18 rum, selv om det er smart, at kunderne kan aflevere og afhente deres bil uden for værkstedets åbningstid.

Derfor har Sharebox nu udviklet en løsning i tre forskellige størrelser. 

Den mindste har seks rum i servicestationen. De øvrige har henholdsvis 12 og 18 rum. Uanset størrelse kan de hjælpe med de udfordringer, der altid er med spidsbelastede tidspunkter, og så kan de fremfor alt gøre aflevering og afhentning af biler langt mere fleksibel.  

For en af brugerne af systemet, gør Sharebox absolut en forskel: 

”Vi er glade for at kunne tilbyde kunderne den service, at de kan hente bilerne, når det passer dem, uden vi behøver at have medarbejdere på værkstedet – også i dyr overtid. Skabet betyder, at mekanikerne kan fokusere på kerneopgaverne,” siger Emil Ellefsen, der er indehaver af Autoskadestuen A/S. Nøgleskabet betyder også, at det er muligt for Autoskadestuen at drive en filial i Vejle med administration fra Kastrup. 

”Det fleksible nøgleskab, der kan indeholde op til 18 nøgler, kan installeres udenfor, hvor kunderne via en kode sendt til deres mobiltelefon får adgang til bilnøglen,” fortæller Christian Dehn, der er Expansion Manager hos Sharebox.  

I øvrigt er Sharebox det eneste nøgleskab på markedet, der er godkendt af Forsikring & Pension og registreret i Sikringsguiden.
