Erhvervsstyrelsen har åbnet for ansøgninger til den forlængede lønkompensationsperiode, der løber fra 9. juli til 29. august.

Som AutoBranchen Danmark tidligere har beskrevet, er lønkompensationsordningen blevet forlænget til og med den 29. august. Det sker under de samme krav som tidligere, hvor 30 procent af medarbejderne skal være i risiko for at blive afskediget.

Der er dog lavet betydelige ændringer ift. hvor stor en del af perioden fra 9. juli til 29. august, som virksomhederne kan modtage lønkompensation i.

”Virksomheden kan samlet set ikke modtage kompensation for 21 kalenderdage i perioden. I den periode vælger virksomheden selv, om man ønsker at lade medarbejderen arbejde eller afholde ferie. For medarbejdere på lønkompensationsordningen er varslingsreglerne for afholdelse af hovedferien ændret med henblik på at skabe fleksibilitet for virksomhederne”, siger Eylem Ünüvar, juridisk chef i AutoBranchen Danmark.
