Martin Baad, indehaver af Fair Biler, taler et tydeligt sprog, når snakken falder på de vilkår, som forsikringsselskaberne pålægger værksteder som det, han ejer på Slagelsevej i den nordvestlige del af Næstved.

”Vilkårene for at lave forsikringsskader på biler presser alle værksteder i stadig større grad. Dels pålægges vi at indkøbe dyrt udstyr, og dels er det tidsforbrug, vi afregner vores arbejdsløn ud fra, så forældet, at det efterhånden er en stor underskudsforretning. Jeg forlanger ikke urimeligheder, jeg forlanger fairness”, fortæller Martin Baad, da AutoBranchen Danmark møder ham på værkstedet.

Martin Baad bakkes op af et stort flertal i en ny medlemsundersøgelse, som AutoBranchen Danmark har foretaget. Her svarer næsten 80% af de adspurgte virksomheder nej til spørgsmålet om, hvorvidt forsikringsselskaberne er åbne for at regulere arbejdstider og øvrige vilkår i systemet Autotaks, der bruges til at opgøre forsikringsskader i Danmark.

Gitte Seeberg, adm. direktør i AutoBranchen Danmark, mener, det er et problem, at så mange værksteder oplever manglende villighed til at forhandle om vilkår.

”Mange værksteder føler sig klemt af forsikringsselskaberne, som gang på gang viser sig meget svære at forhandle med, når det handler om de tidsopgørelser, som findes i systemet Autotaks. Undersøgelsen vidner om et marked, hvor forsikringsselskaberne dikterer mere end de forhandler, og det er unfair”, siger Gitte Seeberg.

Fri konkurrence er vigtig

AutoBranchen Danmark arbejder for, at forsikringsselskaberne bliver mere afstemte med værksteder og lakerere i en fremtidig samarbejdsform.

”Det er afgørende, at der fortsat er plads til fri konkurrence i både autobranchen og blandt forsikringsselskaberne. Derfor ønsker AutoBranchen Danmark, at der udvikles en fælles forståelse for de tekniske aspekter i afregningssystemet Autotaks, som fortsat giver plads til fri konkurrence gennem pris og rabat”, siger Gitte Seeberg.

Tider matcher ikke virkeligheden

Den sydsjællandske bilforhandler og værkstedsindehaver fortæller, at timerne, som værkstedets pladesmed kan opgøre i systemet Autotaks, på ingen måde matcher med virkeligheden.

”Der er mange processer forbundet med at udskifte komponenter på moderne biler. Jeg oplever, at de tidsangivelser, som findes i Autotaks, på ingen måde matcher virkelighedens tidsforbrug. Hvis det eksempelvis tager halvanden time at skifte en bildør, er vi ikke nødvendigvis garanteret betaling for mere end 45 minutters arbejde, hvis det er det, systemet Autotaks når frem til”, forklarer Martin Baad.

Dyre investeringer lægger stort pres

Værksteder, som vil lave forsikringsskader, pålægges også løbende at investere i dyrt udstyr uden at få en økonomisk håndsrækning til det. Martin Baad nævner specifikt en modstandssvejser, som bruges til at udbedre kollisionsskader på biler.

”Det var en udgift på 60.000 kroner eksklusive moms, hvilket er temmelig mange penge for en mindre forretning som min. Det er den type vilkår, der gør, at det bliver sværere og sværere for værksteder at drive forretning”, siger Martin Baad og tilføjer:

”Jeg forstår udmærket, at der skal stilles krav til os som værksted og som dem, der udbedrer væsentlige skader på biler og dermed skal være med til at stå inde for sikkerheden. Men der er bare aldrig nogen forhandling om det efterfølgende tidsforbrug, som den øgede kompleksitet på bilerne medfører. Og det er unfair”.

Også her er et klart flertal af AutoBranchen Danmarks medlemmer enige med Martin Baad fra Fair Biler i Næstved. 90% af de adspurgte virksomheder i undersøgelsen svarer nej, når de spørges til, om de får hjælp til store investeringer og pålæg om reparation af moderne biler.

Flere respondenter nævner som eksempel kalibreringsudstyr til at håndtere stadig flere kameraer og sikkerhedssystemer på de nye biler. Andre nævner også udgifter til de kurser, som mange ansatte på værkstederne skal på med hensyn til el- og hybridbiler.

Gratis lånebiler lægger pres på

Når forsikringsskaderne skal udbedres, forventer kunderne ifølge Martin Baad i stigende grad en gratis lånebil.

Det er unfair, at forsikringsselskaber ikke vil gå i konstruktiv dialog med værkstederne om vilkår og betalinger for opgaver med forsikringsbiler, mener Gitte Seeberg, adm. direktør i AutoBranchen Danmark.

”Og hvem finansierer den lånebil? Det gør jeg selv, og det er uden nogen form for tilskud eller hjælp fra forsikringsselskaberne. Og igen er forhandlinger om de her udvidede tiltag i værkstedsleddet ikkeeksisterende”.

Netop udgiften til lånebiler nævnes af en lang række virksomheder i undersøgelsen. Faktisk svarer 87% af de adspurgte, at forsikringsselskaberne ofte forlanger opgaver udført uden betaling for det – især udgifter til lånebiler, som mange kunder forventer stillet gratis til rådighed.

”De fleste kan hurtigt sætte et stopur i gang og konstatere, at det er en temmelig dårlig forretning gjort op på timebasis, når der hele tiden fyldes nye krav og forventninger”, forklarer Martin Baad.
