Hvis du skal opgøre skader på biler hen over sommeren, kan du få support hos AutoBranchen Danmark til systemet Autotaks i løbet af sommerperioden. Autotaks bruges til at opgøre forsikringsskader på biler i Danmark og bruges af en stor del af danske værksteder.

Den åbne support hen over sommeren sker for at sikre, at både erfarne, men også eventuelle ferieafløsere og knap så rutinerede brugere af Autotaks kan komme videre, hvis systemet driller. Det fortæller Nicky Bobak, chef for AutoBranchen Danmarks afdeling for autolakering og eftermarked.

“Manglende brugernavn, loginproblemer og øvrige spørgsmål til Autotaks kan opstå hos alle typer af brugere, men kan især være relevant i perioder på året, hvor de faste brugere på værksteder eller på autolak-værkstedet er på ferie”, siger Nicky Bobak.
