Det bliver Jørgen Rasmussen, som fra 1. september 2020 bliver direktør i Motorstyrelsen. Frem til den 1. september fortsætter han som underdirektør og konstitueret direktør hos styrelsen i Aalborg. Jørgen Rasmussen er uddannet handelsjurist og cand.merc.aud fra Aalborg Universitet.

Han har stor erfaring inden for den offentlige skatteforvaltning, som han har arbejdet med siden 1994. Han har arbejdet for Motorstyrelsen siden 2018, da Skat blev opdelt i syv forskellige styrelser.
