AutoBranchen Danmark modtager regelmæssig sager, hvor autolakerere og pladesmede er uenige om, hvordan en skade skal behandles – eller hvem der har ansvaret, hvis den ene part overleverer et dårligt stykke arbejde til den anden. Det kunne eksempelvis være en skærm eller en anden bildel, hvor pladearbejdet er udført så dårligt, at en autolakerer umuligt kan afslutte opgave korrekt.
For at undgå den slags tvister har AutoBranchen Danmark udarbejdet en samarbejdsaftale, som kan indgås skriftligt mellem autolakerer og pladesmeden.

René Thomsen, der er lakkonsulent hos AutoBranchen Danmark, er ugentlig i kontakt med en lang række skadesværksteder og autolakerier.
“Autolakerere og pladesmedene kan spare hinanden for meget besvær ved at have indgået en skriftlig aftale på forhånd. Det glæder både reklamationer, afregningsmetoder og diverse processer. Derfor vil jeg på det kraftigste opfordre til, at man kigger nærmere på aftalen”, siger René Thomsen.
