AutoBranchen Danmark anbefaler, at man som udgangspunkt tager en forhandling om timepris med sit forsikringsselskab én gang om året. Konsekvensen ved ikke at gøre det er, at man hurtigt kommer til at sakke bagud på både skadespriserne og lakpriserne”,  fortæller Jørgen Petersen, der er forsikringskonsulent hos AutoBranchen Danmark.

“I sidste instans bliver det til rigtig mange penge, hvis man gør det op over flere måneder eller år. Forhandlingen om timeprisen bør man ikke snyde sig selv for, og man bør sætte det i system”, siger Jørgen Petersen og tilføjer:

“Det er selvfølgelig vigtigt, at alle parter bliver tilfredse, og derfor skal man sørge for at være realistisk i forhold til den mængde biler, man har igennem værkstedet”.
