AutoBranchen Danmarks Videncenter vil i en række videoguides hjælpe brugere af systemet Autotaks til korrekt betaling. I denne video får du en kort introduktion til den såkaldte 10 cm-regel.
Reglen er relevant ved reparationer af sideliggende dele – eksempelvis ved skader på panelet. I flere tilfælde viser det sig, at taksatoren på den efterfølgende skadesrapport har fjernet den betaling, som skal gives ved overfladelak og reparationslak, også kendt som L og LI.
“Det er problematisk, arbejdet med sideliggende dele er tidskrævende. Lakereren skal nemlig lakere hele karrosseriet rundt om døren. Men vi ser flere eksempler på, at der kun ydes betaling for en lille del af jobbet”, fortæller Jørgen Petersen, der er forsikringskonsulent hos AutoBranchen Danmark.
